• Seasonal and Regional conditions affect the supply and cost of flowers and greens. Specific varieties or colors may not always be available or meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your floral & container requirements.

Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, and Father's Day,.

Our shop will always be closed on the following holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Easter, Canada Day, Victoria Day, and Labor Day.

A local delivery fee of $8.50 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

When you place your order before 11:00 a.m. ET, you will receive same day delivery to the following Greater Toronto areas (add $4.50):

An extra cost may apply to specific time deliveries. Between $2.50 to $10, depending on the time of day.

For any location in Canada or USA out of our store delivery boundary, we will contact the nearest local florist to have the flowers delivered. An extra outwire service charge of $8.50 will be applied on top of your standard delivery cost.

For any order that is scheduled to be delivered during Mother's Day weekend - either Saturday or Sunday, an extra cost of $5.00 will be applied on top of the normal standard delivery cost. Any order for delivery before or after Mother's Day weekend will not be affected. All deliveries are subject to Weather Permitted. If the weather condition is bad on that day, the delivery may get delayed without notice.
